INSPIRED BY SHAPES….

Having trained as a professional jeweller at the workshop of a renouned jewellery designer in Düsseldorf, Germany, I moved to London and worked there for two reputable firms for a number of years…. before setting up on my own.

Visibly bold….

My pieces of jewellery are inspired by clearly-defined, three-dimensional shapes, with either a strict symmetry or a fluently flowing asymmetry… to form an object similar to a sculpture.

I mostly work in 925 Sterling Silver as this allows an abundant use of materials, due to the much lower cost of silver, as my pieces are always relatively large in size.

All of the 925 sterling silver used for my jewellery is sourced from Cooksongold (UK). It has a fineness of 925, consisting of 92.5% fine (pure) silver and 7.5% copper.

The silver I use is 100% recycled, i. e. it is not gained from newly mined silver. Please note that ‘recycled silver’, as a precious metal, is NOT inferior or in any way different from the silver gained through mining.

Recycled silver is re-gained from used silver, scrap silver metal, and off-cuts. It is melted down and separated into the different metal components. The pure silver is then alloyed anew with copper to produce 925 sterling silver.
