It often takes a journey full of ‘detours’, with a number of disappointing results along the way, before reaching a good, usable, quality result.

Gold is very expensive compared with silver (a multiple of approx. 70 for 18ct gold). My ‘gold leaf inlay’ (+ resin) technique is an attractive alternative to creating two-tone silver and gold jewellery items.
